Biodegradable hot cups are beverage containers made mainly of bio-based materials such as polylactic acid (PLA). These materials are derived from renewable plant resources such as corn and potatoes, and are made through biological fermentation and chemical synthesis, with good biodegradability. In terms of manufacturing technology, the hot cup is usually completed through hot pressing, die cutting, bending and other processes to ensure that the cup structure is stable and heat-insulated and scald-proof.

Highly Efficient Biodegradable Performance
The biodegradable hot cups are mainly made of polylactic acid (PLA) and natural wood pulp fibers. This material can be degraded by more than 90% within 180 days in a composting environment. Under the action of microorganisms, polylactic acid can be quickly decomposed into carbon dioxide and water without producing persistent pollutants.

Good Heat Resistance
The inner layer of the biodegradable hot cups is a food-grade polylactic acid coating that can withstand high temperatures above 85°C and can safely hold hot drinks such as coffee and hot tea.

High Strength
The wood pulp fiber and polylactic acid are tightly combined through a hot pressing process. The tensile strength of the biodegradable hot cups reaches more than 35MPa, and it is not easy to deform or break in normal use. Under the same volume, the load-bearing capacity of this product is 40% higher than that of ordinary paper cups, and can withstand a vertical pressure of about 1.5kg.
