Biodegradable paper coffee cups are beverage containers. They use pulp as the main material, which comes from renewable plant fibers such as wood and bamboo. In the manufacturing process, the plant fibers are first crushed and pulped to obtain pulp raw materials, and then additives such as reinforcing agents and fillers are added to improve the properties of the pulp. Through the papermaking process, the pulp is evenly coated on the mold, and then shaped by pressure and heat treatment, and then dried, shaped, packaged and other processes to finally make the finished product.

Excellent Anti-seepage Performance
Biodegradable paper coffee cups adopt a double-layer structure design, with the outer layer being high-strength food-grade paperboard and the inner layer being coated with polylactic acid (PLA) biodegradable material. The thickness of the PLA coating is controlled between 8 and 30 grams to ensure that the cup body does not leak when filled with liquid.
Strong High Temperature Resistance
Biodegradable paper coffee cups have good high temperature resistance and can withstand liquids up to 80°C.
