Plastic cups, plates and cutlery are mainly made of bio-based materials such as polylactic acid (PLA) and polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), which are derived from renewable plant resources such as corn and sugarcane. After use, these products can be gradually degraded into water, carbon dioxide and biomass in about 180 days under industrial composting conditions with the help of microbial decomposition.

High Strength And Good Durability
Plastic cups plates and cutlery adopts a three-layer composite structure design, which can withstand 20kg pressure without breaking, and its normal service life can reach 2.3 times that of ordinary disposable tableware.

Waterproof And Oil-proof
The surface of plastic cups plates and cutlery is covered with a 0.12 micron thick silica nano-hydrophobic coating through physical vapor deposition (PVD) process to form a super hydrophobic interface. In addition, its permeability coefficient to edible oil is as low as 1.2×10⁻¹² cm²/s. When it is used to hold oily foods such as ketchup and salad dressing, it can be non-permeable and non-deformed within 24 hours.

High Temperature Resistance
Plastic cups plates and cutlery can withstand a maximum temperature of 120℃, and will not release harmful substances when heated in a microwave or when holding hot drinks such as hot soup and coffee.
